Important: This form is only for customers who used their own licensed plumber/installer. If Velo or Ward Packaging installed your system, your warranty is already registered.

Verification Process: All self-registered warranties are subject to verification by our team. Please ensure you upload a copy of your installer's invoice, as your warranty will be activated upon successful verification (usually within 24-48 hours).
